Notice of application for a Natural Gas Distribution Licence.
VEKTA MIDSTREAM LIMITED, a private company limited by shares duly incorporated in the Republic of Ghana under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), with registered office and address for correspondence at 8th Floor, Advantage Place, 23 Mayor Road, Ridge West, Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana (Digital Address: GA-051-2685; P.O. Box 11555, Accra-North).
TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant has, pursuant to Section 13 (read with Section 26) of the Energy Commission Act, 1997 (Act 541), made an application to the Energy Commission of Ghana for the grant of a Natural Gas Distribution Licence in respect of a dedicated natural gas distribution network within the Tema Industrial Enclave, Greater Accra Region. The volume of natural gas to be distributed under the proposed Licence will be confirmed by reference to customer load profiles established through the Front-End Engineering Design phase; an indicative figure will be provided to the Commission upon completion of FEED. The Applicant declares that neither the Applicant nor any of its associates, partners, promoters or Directors: (1) has been declared insolvent; (2) has been refused a licence by any regulatory authority; (3) has had a licence cancelled by order of any regulatory authority; or (4) has been found guilty of non-compliance with any provision of the Energy Commission Act, 1997 (Act 541), the regulations made thereunder, or any order made by competent authority.

Objections or suggestions. Any objections or suggestions in respect of the said application may be filed with The Executive Secretary, Energy Commission of Ghana, Ghana Airways Avenue, Airport Residential Area, Accra (PMB, Ministries Post Office, Accra), with a copy to the Applicant at the address above, within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice.
